Great experience!! Jonathan did an excellent job on the whiskey glasses I requested. I had a design in mind and chose to draw it myself, the engraving looked exactly like my drawing. The communication with Jonathan was amazing, he was very responsive and gave me frequent updates on the status of my order. He also took the time to explain the process and answer all of the questions I had. Due to my procrastination I was needing a quick turnaround on the glasses and Jonathan was very willing to work with me and get them done in my desired timeframe. I would highly recommend Wyvern's Way and will be back for engraving needs in the future!!

These guys are THE BEST. I had some thick greenish brown hombre wine glasses that i wanted a rancher's brand engraved on. Ray responded to my email immediately and I met with Jonathan a few days later to talk over what we could do to give the glasses a cool rustic look. Jonathan suggested a gold buff to go with the hombre and sent me a picture of the first glass to make sure it was what I wanted. The glasses turned out beautifully and the cowboy i gifted them to loved them. All of this was done within a little over a week. These guys are local and truly care about their customers and their work. They are professional and personable and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for great service and results!

Was very helpful. I was visiting from out of town and lost my pets unexpectedly needed their urns engraved. He was able to accommodate my needs and finished them ahead of when he said. Great business.
